CNN had this to say about our lovely seaside community; "But St. Augustine's fantastic weather, beautiful beaches, and world-class golf will certainly do a body good. Although this small city 38 miles southeast of Jacksonville is a popular tourist destination, it has an active year-round community and lots of housing options. Its Flagler Hospital ranks among the top in the nation for clinical excellence and patient safety." Sounds like a great place to live!

7/27/2012 Wreaths Across America
 

During the month of July agents at Prudential Network Realty in St. Augustine contributed to Wreaths Across America. The organization is dedicated to honoring fallen veterans. The program collects donations to purchase commemorative wreaths, which will be placed on the headstones of veterans buried at the national cemeteries and other locations across the country. Simultaneous wreath-laying ceremonies will be held at more than 750 locations around the world on Saturday, Dec. 15, including the national cemeteries in Jacksonville and St. Augustine. The money collected in St. Augustine goes towards wreath-laying in St. Augustine. Read the article highlighting Prudential Network Realty's efforts in the St. Augustine Record here. Backpack Challenge 2012-13It is almost that time of year again when stores stock the shelves with notebooks, pencils, crayons, backpacks and many more supplies needed by our community's children for the new school year. Many children need our help to provide basic school supplies so Prudential Network Realty in St. Augustine stepped up to participate in the "Backpack Challenge." We have set a goal of providing 100 backpacks including supplies to some of our local students. We need your help as we gather supplies.

Now it seems like the we've been discovered (again) by the popular website Liveability.com. St. Augustine has been named "One of the Top Ten Cities for Historic Preservation." The only surprise is that we aren't first on that list; because we should be! Read more about this honor at 450years.com, a site dedicated to celebrating our up-coming 450th birthday.
